We hired Jose to remove a leaky skylight in our kitchen. His team removed the old skylight, sealed and shingled the opening in the roof and even patched and textured the hole in the inside kitchen ceiling. The work was completed on budget and took less time than was expected. The only catch was that the work had to be rescheduled once due to rain. But hey, this is Oregon.

Ethical, professional, and reasonable. our experience was as good as could be imagined. Jose Bayardo the owner/operator, provided a written estimate, proof of insurance, and an accurate timeline. He had a 3 man crew had my house re-roofed in 21/2 days, start to finish, and clean up. His finish price was within the range he estimated and discussed with us.
Can’t say enough good things about him and his crew. When they departed, the outside of our house was better than when they began.
He also provided a contact number for any unforeseen roofing circumstances that I might encounter.
I recommend this contractor to anyone without reservation. He’s my go to guy for roofing issues from now on.

I am very happy that I chose Jose Bayardo and his brother Thomas to install my new roof and skylights. The work was very well done. Jose took the time to explain their approach, what they found as they removed the previous roof (cement tiles), and what they would accomplish each day. They worked with me on placement of the skylights (I changed my mind a few times). And the interior finish work (dry wall and texturing) was very well done. I highly recommend Jose J Bayardo Roofing.

Jose was amazing. He stopped by when he said he would to give us a bid. Said he would be back in the morning around 7:00 a.m. to get started. Jose was here on time and worked tirelessly to finish the job in one day. The finished roofing project is beautiful. His work is perfect. Jose is so friendly and polite. We enjoyed having him at our home and doing the work for us. We would not hesitate to refer him to anyone who is looking to have a quality roofing job done.
